• If you fly in for the event the best airport will be DFW, Love Field is a great Airport but the commute longer and has more traffic to contend with.

Special Note – You are welcome to show up early but unless you are with us they won’t let you up to the second floor until 5PM CST.  There is a bar on the ground floor and a ton of cool bars and shops in the Clear Fork area all walking distance.

Parking – Directly across from the venue is a multi story parking garage.  We recommend you use it unless you score parking on one of the side streets.  There is no charge for the parking garage.

After Party – We have nothing in particular planned but depending how things go we may be part of any after party that gets in motion after the event venue closes.  There are several bars in walking distance of Pinstripes that stay open later on a Thursday.  A few include CRU’ and City Works.  Both are excellent.

Cancellation – I have to give the venue a guaranteed number of attendees 14 days before the event.  That date is July 6th.  If you cancel before that date for any reason I will just give you a refund.  After that date I will try to sell your ticket and if I can I will give you a refund.  Once I give the final head count to the venue I am on the hook for the bill.  I do hope this seems fair.
