Work With Jack Weekend 4-11-15

Come for the Food, Enjoy the Company, Help Plant a Tree!
The next work with Jack weekend at Nine Mile Farm has been announced. We are doing things a little different this time to help me be better organized. I am also now charging 10 dollars for this event, this is 100% going to be invested in providing more food and beverage to you guys.
Also note the 10 dollar charge is per couple or per family if you bring kids. So if you come alone it is 10 bucks, but if you bring your wife or son or husband and daughter, it is still only 10 bucks. Just bring cash to the event, there no need to pay in advance.
To register just fill out the form below and you will automatically get instructions and all the information you need to get here.
The day will kick off about 10 am, we will work till about 1PM, have an awesome lunch (likely smoked pulled pork this time) and a beer or two, then work from about 2-5, hit up the left over food and drink a few beers and swap stories for a bit, then pack it in and call it a day.
In this one we will either installing irrigation and planting muscadines and planting the apple orchard. This will depend on whether the grape vines are shipped to us by then.
We figured this would be a great chance for folks that want to learn about what we do to get some dirt time, meet us and each other and do so at no real cost other then gas and a few hours of work.
Please bring shoes/boots and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and shovels if you have them. Mark any tools you bring so they don’t get taken or left behind on accident.
I am not limiting the head count at all on this but I do need to know it so we have enough food. I am limiting the vehicles to 14, so sharing rides, ect. can help with that.
To do that please use this thread on the region 5 board in our forum, http://thesurvivalpodcast.com/forum/index.php?topic=54112.0
So far the vehicle limit has not been a concern.
This might be the last one we do of these this spring, I hope to do one more but once it gets really hot they just are not a great deal of fun any longer.
Sorry this event is now closed, stay tuned for future opportunities.
I jumped the gun on the email Jack. If I would have refreshed the page, I would have seen the post! See you on 4/11.
