A Call for Guests

If you have ever thought about being on TSPC as a guest now is the time to apply.  To do so just fill out the guest form and do so completely.  Some folks do not want to provide set up questions and those people, well they do not get on the show.

Why are we so strict on this rule?  Simply because it is the pitch by the guest to us to be on the air.  I do 5 shows a week and we are a two person operation, just Dorothy and I.  I don’t have time to exhaustively research potential guests.  Additionally we don’t only have “pros” on the air, we have everyday people too, in fact at times they are some of our best interviews.  By having the set up questions we can quickly determine if a guest will be of interest to our audience.

Also if you know someone you think would make a great guest please do not fill out the form for them, simply contact them and ask that they apply to be a guest.  People applying on behalf of others have caused some problems and confusion in the past.

I Need Expert Council Questions

For some council members I have a pretty decent back log of questions for others were are pretty thin.  Please email your questions to jack @ thesurvivalpodcast dot com with TSPC Expert in the subject line.  Ask your question in one sentence, then tell me the council member you want to answer it and then give as much detail as you feel is necessary.

Two New Expert Council Members

Recently Mike and Sue Laprise stepped down from the council as they embrace their new nomadic life.  They of course handled home school and parenting questions.  I want to thank them for several years of dedicated service.  We also have added two new council members.

Amy Dingman – A Farmish Kind of Life – Is now taking your questions that formally went to Mike and Sue about homeschooling and parenting.  We are fortunate to have Amy with us and I could use some questions for her.

John Bush – Brave Botanicals – John is a serial entrepreneur and huge crypto enthusiast.  He can answer questions on crypto, block chain and digital privacy.  He can also handle questions on natural remedies, specifically related to CBD and Kratom.

I feel really blessed to have added these two high quality folks to the council.  I have not yet updated the Expert Council page to include them but will try to do so this week.
