TSP Rewind – Cooking Venison and Other Fish & Game – Epi-269
Podcast: Play in new window | Download (Duration: 2:00:35 — 34.5MB)
In this episode we talked about various ways to cook and prepare venison and perhaps some other types of fish and game. Given I need time this week to get ready to leave next week to speak at Self Reliance Festival in Camden I thought I’d run a rewind today.
Additionally we are heading into hunting season so it is a great time of the year to talk about what to do with the falls bounty of small game, venison and more.
The original show was titled Episode-2083- Cooking Venison and Other Fish & Game and was first published on 9-12-17 and the original notes and resources for this episode can be found here.

I have been a casual listener of the podcast the past couple of years and recently joined up on the Members Brigade. I just listened to this =rewind episode, great one for me, but I did niot realize how much of a music dude you are, and Charlie of course! Great stuff, I am lokig forward to becoming more involved as my wife and I are about 20 months out from moving to our 4.5 acre plot in western Nebrasks and many of your philosophies seem to be inline with where we want to get to.
