Today I am just doing a quick price alert on one my favorite little tech items from Anker.  The Anker Soundcore 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker with 12W Stereo Sound is on sale today at 25% off. This little speaker normally sells for 40 bucks and it is on par with similar speakers selling well above the 70 dollar price point, so it is always a solid deal. Today though at 30 bucks it will add great sound to any location and makes a great gift.

It gets better as well!  These little speakers have stereo pairing.  That means you can get two of them, pair them to each other and have wireless stereo sound.  I do a lot of work in my back shop and I was going to put in a really good sound system out there.  When I found these I put that money back in my mental wallet and went with these instead.  The sound is just awesome and given I am not pounding beats and trying to shake my neighbors walls they are fine for the purpose.  Better, they can go anywhere including next to my pool and even if the dog kicks it in, it will be okay because they are IPX7 waterproof.

So really check these things out if you want to expand your sound a bit.  And they are tough too, how tough?  Well Dorothy set one on her car, forgot, backed out and drove over it, and it still worked.  I don’t advise you try this but it did happen.
