Maggie Laverman is a prepping, homeschooling mother of four boys who lives in central Iowa. In 2017, she and her husband purchased an old junkyard for cash and have been fixing it up and making it their dream homestead and prepper haven ever since. Besides doing most of the construction themselves, the family raises pastured hogs, geese, ducks, meat chickens, and laying hens on their lovingly named farm, Cluck Cluck Goose.
