Cooking with a Weber Grill and the Smokenator

Took some time today to fire up the Weber Kettle Grill and try out my new smokenator.  I really felt the smokenator might be a bit of hype but I am very please especially for a first time run. Up today, baby back ribs, with Chef Keith’s Low and Slow BBQ Seasoning.  They came out great, also put in some updates on the Geese, Ducks and Chickens so far this year.
