Gene Pearcey has built earth shelter homes for over 30 years.  His company, “Performance Building Systems, Inc” manufactures a patented structural system used to build earth shelter arches and domes used mainly for homes and some all out shelters. They do this by producing steel structural systems that with concrete forms a shell rated in excess of 4000-psi.
