A couple years back my wife started cooking our turkeys outside over an oak wood fire. I cut up a whole turkey for her, debone the breasts, etc., She cooks it. I love turkey pretty much no matter how it’s prepared but over the oak fire gives it a smokey flavor that is out of this world.

Hell yes! We cook a turkey every Thanksgiving as well over a open fire… amazing! Happy Thanksgiving Steve! Happy thanksgiving to Jack, and Dorothy as well! Thank you for continuing to share this show Jack!
