Neal was cofounder & director of the Al Baydha Project, and is currently founder/CEO of Regenerative Resources Co, a company that seeks degraded landscapes and transforms them into functioning agroecologies.
While cofounder and Director of the Al Baydha Project in Saudi Arabia, Neal lived and worked with tribes of bedou to convert deserts into savannahs. He also founded the webinar series Sustainable Design Masterclass, and has taught and consulted in the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. He is passionate about the connection between ecologies and wealth.

I remember forever ago when I was in secondary school thinking about putting greenhouses on the sea and planting and watering up into the deserts and how cool that would be. I’m SO grateful that someone with more going on was able to make a replicable model to do just that. That’s really made my day. Thanks to Jack and Neal and everyone that’s helped them both.
