Episode-2893- Joseph Simcox on Reestablishing our Connection to Nature
Podcast: Play in new window | Download (Duration: 2:26:12 — 33.5MB)
Joseph Simcox is the ” Botanical Explorer” he has traveled the world for decades documenting the world’s wild and domesticated edible plants.
His work has taken him to more than 140 countries, and he and his team have led more than 500 expeditions in the pursuit of personally tracking, down eating and recording the edible plants of the world.
His premise is that humans “conquered the globe by intelligently discerning what plants they could eat that allowed our ancient ancestors to expand their populations and dominate the world. Simcox believe that the mankind’s future depends on understanding what humans of our past ate.
Joseph joins me today to discuss humanities loss of connection to nature and how this is utilized in various systems of control over humanity. This is a long, deep and very enlightening discussion that will challenge many and I do mean many of your preconceptions.

I heard an underlying theme in this podcast referring to group psychology. It is the ability of a few to control groups and crowds into believing lies that has caused most of the major calamities that humans have caused. You know that Liberals are nearly impossible to have a logical conversation with, and Libertarians may not agree with you. A crowd of Libertarians are not going to look at another Libertarian doing something against principles and remain quite. Liberals watching a looter are more likely to join looting.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!
Thank you, Jack and Joseph, for the discussion!
Please add to show notes the essay on serfdom Joseph mentions toward beginning of podcast. Thanks so much.
