NOTE – This deal is over the item is back up to about 200 dollars. I did not find out about this one until after the show was recorded so it never went on air. Still about 40 of you guys got one, how? Followed me on social, are on the Telegram Channel or Group or the daily mail is how. So if you never want to miss something like this when it pops up, you may want to subscribe to one of those options. Note that TG and the Daily Mail are the most reliable options, many social media platforms filter what you see.
Okay I don’t really know anything directly about this item but it looks like such a hell of a good deal I am going to buy one before I hit publish on this article. This is a hell of a deal on the CUT53DP Plasma Cutter for only 99 fricken dollars.
I was emailed about this item from a listener named Jerry who said…
This is the plasma cutter that I paid $350 for.I have not used it a lot, but it is well-reviewed on YouTube. Now it is $99.I assume a new model is coming out.
He also mentioned something I want to mention about a plasma cutter that some may not realize. They use a combination of heat and compressed air to cut. So you need an air compressor to make them work. At this price I simply personally can’t not pick one up.
So what are the advantages of a plasma cutter?
- Precise Cutting: Plasma cutters can make clean and accurate cuts, even on intricate designs.
- Fast Cutting Speed: Offers quicker cutting speeds compared to other methods like oxy-fuel cutting.
- Versatile Cutting Material: Effective on various conductive metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.
- Minimal Heat Affected Zone: Reduces the risk of warping or distorting the material due to concentrated heat.
- Ability to Cut Thick Metals: Can cut through thick metal plates, depending on the power and model. Specs on this model are as follows16mm at 220V@65PSI, 12mm at 110V@45PSI. For clean cutting, the thickness is 10mm at 220V@65PSI, and 8mm at 110V@45PSI.
- Portability: Many plasma cutters are compact and portable, making them easy to transport and use in different locations.
- Cost-Efficient: Requires less setup and maintenance than other cutting methods, making it cost-effective in the long run.
- No Preheating Required: Can start cutting immediately without the need for preheating the metal.
- Reduced Dross Formation: Produces less slag or dross, resulting in cleaner cuts and less post-cutting cleanup.
- User-Friendly Operation: Typically easy to operate, with user-friendly controls and settings.
- Automation Capabilities: Can be integrated with CNC machines for automated and repeatable cutting tasks.
- Environmentally Friendly: Produces less harmful fumes and gases compared to traditional methods like oxy-fuel cutting.
Again I have not actually tested this thing out but the reviews are good, Jerry is a known quantity in this audience and it is the kind of tool you won’t really appreciate the value of until you own one. So check this out and I am just betting that it will go out of stock in a short period of time.
Jerry speculated that “a new model is coming out” and I would tend to agree that it is quite likely, so check out the CUT53DP Plasma Cutter today.
P.S. – You absolutely 100% need and I mean need a good welding mask when using these if you don’t want to permanently damage your vision using one of these.
