Hello Jack,

Thanks for the advanced notice.

Sounds like a great time to show off just how awesome the Listen to a Random Episode link functions.

Seriously, thanks for all that you do and get those technical “Gremlins” outta there.

Hey brother, you might consider using a digital recorder… one with a sd card… they are reliable –

Zoom H4n Pro Digital Recorder is a good one….

If you decide to use one, you may want a small mixer to be able to run skype into it for your guest.  If your computer takes a dump while you’re recording a guest, no problem, just reconnect while your digital recorder is running (or pause it) then start your interview back up – you don’t lose the valuable content you’ve already recorded – and you can edit your digital copy without the fear of a glitch in the computer…

Are you going to ‘fill in the gaps’ with a re-recording and release today’s interview at another time?

Jack, as much as I love your interviews, the clicking that gets broadcast with the interview makes me mental. 🙁
I’m glad you’re on it because I don’t want to miss a minute of these guests and what they have to share.
Fantastic guests lately. Thanks!
Thank you for working on the issue.
Go forth and slay the technical demons!

Hi Jack, I have an old 1980s tape recorder, pop in a cassette tape, press down the play and record buttons together and away you go, there is even a plug in microphone.
I an guessing that the audio could then be played back and digitally recorded.
I always prefer simplicity for reliability.
