Kyle is the owner operator of the Bodyshop 603, a custom exempt butcher shop in northern NH. He also has a growing social media on TikTok and YouTube that he uses to expose his work in the butcher shop and on the farm. Kyle is breeding a cold weather tolerant breed of pigs using a combination of production and heritage genetics. He will also be teaching multiple butchering classes at the upcoming self reliance festival.
He returns to TSPC today to discuss the need for less restriction on small farms and homesteaders to process and sell the livestock they raise and what we can do to further that goal.
