Anker Soundcore V20i Open-Ear Headphones – Item of the Day
Every day I bring you an item on Amazon that I personally use or has been purchased by many members of the audience and I have researched enough to recommend.
Today’s TSP Amazon Item of the day is Anker Soundcore V20i Open-Ear Headphones. I can’t believe how great these are for how little they cost. The retail price on these is 50 bucks and they are a value there but right now they are discounted 53%. Yes I said 53%.
Note – The price of only 23.49 right now is for Prime Members. If you are not a Amazon Prime Member they are priced at 39.99 which is still a great deal but it might be worth considering Amazon Prime if you don’t already have it.
This item combines two things I love plus a solution to a problem I don’t think I am the only one to have. First I love Anker period. They are my go to value brand for electronics. When I need anything in the space, back up charger, charging cables, power adapters, blue tooth speakers or in this case ear buds I always check Anker first. The second thing here is high quality audio. While I am not an audio snob I do want good sound when I am listening to music, videos, podcasts or audio books. These buds are fantastic with clear and deep sound.
Now as to my problem which based on conversations seems to effect 30-40% of people. Any ear buds I have tried without an over the ear loop like these, fall out. Oh and ALWAYS at the worst time possible like when dumping a tub or duck poop infused water, ker plunk! Or when mowing and into deep offshoot grass and hopefully not tha thunk! For me both ears do this but 9 times out of 10 it is the one in my left ear. Hence unless I as say buying a pair as an emergency (stuck at an airport and forgot to bring my own) I simply do not buy any earbuds that are not over the ear.
I had found the perfect ones from Anker, they were the Soundcore Spirit X2, True Wireless Earbuds. The sold typically between 30-40 bucks, worked great and never failed. So of course some fricken how I lost the charging case for mine. I have been in the market for new ones for a while but all I could find were over priced. Now I don’t know how the heck I missed the Soundcore V20i’s recently but when I not only found them but found them on sale I ordered a set.
Let me advise you in this instance if you need something like these just get them now. Yes, I just found them but if they are knocked down 53% right before holiday pricing happens my gut is Anker is going to get rid of them soon. I just got my new set last week and after using them I am ordering another set before publishing this and you hooligans buy them all up. Note there is no announcement that they are being discontinued, I have just followed Anker a long time and know the pattern. Even if they are still around a year from now, trust me you will never regret buying something this good for so little.
But Wait There’s More
Can you get okay earbuds for 25 bucks or less, sure but they are always very basic ones and usually do not last. Again the only reason my last set needed replaces is I LOST THE CASE. Anker is top quality and they stand behind everything they sell. That said these are not basic buds with a hook. They are awesome and very advanced with technology. Just download the free Soundcore app and you can take full control over how you hear what you listen to. 22 awesome presets and total control if you want it all from an app on your device. Now if you don’t want to bother with that you don’t have to. They come preset to a universal setting that works fine for everything but if you want more control you have it.
You can find the Soundcore app for iPhone Here and Android Here. It is really a great app and you can manage all Anker Soundcore devices with it. (Note that some older Soundcore devices may not have this ability).
So check out the Anker Soundcore V20i Open-Ear Headphones today. They sound great, don’t fall out of your ear, cost very little, hold a charge for 8 hours as buds and 36 hours for the case, make great and clear calls, is IP55 waterproof and does it all for under 25 bucks. Seriously, where can you get anything this good, from a company with a stellar reputation for this little?
P.S. – I love Anker so much I have created this link, it always pulls up any and all Anker Products that are on special deals at any given time. Do BE AWARE it also has sponsored non Anker products in it, because that is how Amazon rolls. But it is worth checking this out from time to time. Anker really is the best value electronics brand on the market.

Great recommendation! I’m trying not to use wireless, so do you have any wired rec’s? Or does this company have wired, as well? Thank you ! ?
