I love this post because it’s not just a recommendation, it’s packed with useful side functions.

Value-for-value, here is one of the functions I use it for a lot:

It’s great for homebrewers, whether all grain or extract.

If you are all-grain, it’s the most precise way I have found to hold the temperature during the mash. If you are extract, the machine does all the stirring and makes dissolving the extract so easy.

Also great if you make mead. Even if you are against heating the mead at all, it’s still the easiest way to do all the stirring.

Forgive me if I missed it, what is the chamber vac you use/recommend? I remember hearing you talk about it, but can’t for the life of me find your review.
