Today’s TSP Amazon Item of the day is Vevor’s Polyester Pull Tape and we won’t be talking about using it as intended.  In my telco days I came across this all the time for pulling cables and such into conduit.  It is very strong, 1800 LBs strong.  And that is great but what is better for a gardener is that it is wide, soft and easy to work wtih.

Yes I said for a gardener.  My buddy David and I agree that this stuff is the absolute best thing in the world for tying up plants and training vines in the garden.  It will not cut into the plant and yes 1800 lbs is over kill but that means it won’t break and it’s cheap anyway.

I personally got the 318 foot reel because it seemed like a way better bang for the buck then the shorter reels and yet over 100 yards of this stuff is all I will need.  This has many uses outside of the garden, again it is very strong and if you want you can get it at 2500 lbs rating as well.

So as a prepper you should know “cordage” is one of the things you always need to have and one that you can make from natural resources but doing so is labor intensive.  So simply have some cordage in your preps.  This stuff again is very strong and it is also easy to work with as it is soft.  On top of it, assuming you know how to tie good knots, it has amazing knot holding ability and knot strength.
