How has this held up for you? I do a lot of bacon and jerky and was interested if you still like it.

Got this for Christmas. So glad I ran across your recommendation. We buy bulk meats and cheeses at restaurant depot saving a ton of money. We’ll use it for making jerky, sandwich meats, Korean bulgogi, pork belly and Italian beef. Too bad it only cuts up to 1/2in. slices. Would love to cut some thicker ribeye steaks from a ribeye roll but that’s ok. Pretty easy to cut those with a good knife.

Is the blade replaceable? Can you buy replacement blades separately? Thanks.
