The earliest known use of the saying, “may you live in interesting times” is from the early 20th century. A 1936 speech by Sir Austen Chamberlain (brother of Neville Chamberlain) is often cited. He claimed it was an old Chinese curse, but he probably picked it up secondhand. Later, during the mid-20th century, it spread widely in English writing and speeches, particularly in political and diplomatic contexts. Well no matter the real origin as we will see today it can indeed be a curse.
Today who pays for protest damages and who should, Trumps 180 on Ukraine security guarantees, republicans are cheering on gun confiscation, will humans “adopt AI speak”, are keto & carnivore as good as we think they are & more.

Enjoy your cruise! You selected a great adventure. I am certain you will consider spending your future summers in Alaska. The wife and I went in 2023, and the pool deck and casino were very calm. These cruises attract the bookish, naturalist type as opposed to the party crowd.
Softbank bought the majority of Sprint for about $21 billion right before the TMobile merger was announced. Wonder if Intel is getting bought out.
The US dot gov just bought another 10%.
I’m guessing the interest in Intel is because it’s R&D on Glass Substrate is 3-5 years ahead of anyone else, and if they manage to perfect it, all chip manufactureres are going want to put their chips on Intels glass.
