- Dough scrapers are fine if you like them, I basically never use them personally – best one I have found
- A “Griddle Goalie” if you have certain griddles – like this
- A cooling rack – small option – large option

- Clean as you go, do a basic clean at the end, do a full clean when done eating
- Use high quality fats, no canola garbage oils, use high temp fats no matter how you feel about seed oils
- When I still use a good quality oil like say olive oil
- When spending time with friends cook in course and make things take time
- Always empty your grease trap when done, avoid “Schrödinger’s Grease Trap”, check while cooking
