Podcast: Play in new window | Download (Duration: 1:13:59 — 21.2MB)
In this episode I was joined by Joel Salatin. We discussed some of the biggest challenges to small producers today, how can farmers transition from traditional agriculture to more natural production and increase profits at the same time.
We also talked about how homesteaders can adapt some of Joel’s techniques raising small livestock like poultry and rabbits and the importance of ethical slaughter. We then moved in to leader follower grazing systems, helping our local producers and a ton more.
