Podcast: Play in new window | Download (Duration: 1:19:04 — 18.1MB)
Today on The Survival Podcast the expert council answers your questions on iron air batteries, jumper cables, portable compressors, rocket mass heaters, investing, keto diets, leaving a legacy and more.
Make sure if you submit content for a feedback show that you put something like “comment for jack”, “question for jack” or “article for jack” in the subject line to assure proper identification for my screening process.
Please understand I receive several hundred emails a day and can’t get them all on the air.
I also do put out a lot of information on Facebook from emails that I can’t fit on the program though so keep em coming.

I would add options for keto ideas when flying for business. I always buy the epic meat bars and nuts. My next trip, I want to make a couple videos showing my keto business trip.
For quick snacks or food while fishing or hunting my husband really likes Dietz and Watson Landjaegers. We purchase them at the butcher shop. Very popular here during hunting season because they are flavorful but not greasy. Can go a couple days without refrigeration. Ingredients are not perfect but pretty good: Beef and Pork, Water, Salt, less than 1% Dextrose (another word for sugar), Spices, Whole Caraway Seeds, Garlic Powder, Natural Smoke Flavor, Preservatives. Each sausage is 110 calories, 80 calories from fat.
