TP-Link Deco AXE5400 Tri-Band 6E Mesh System on Sale Stupid Cheap
Just a heads up on this deal right now because it is stupid good. TP-Link Deco AXE5400 Tri-Band 6E Mesh System is on sale as a “renewed” item. This just really means brand new and returned and you can learn more about the renewed program at Amazon here.
Right now you can get the 3 unit system for only 214 dollars which is almost 100 dollars off the cost of a “new item” for this set up.
You can read my entire review of this set up here. Let me say though I upgraded to this two years ago and my network has never been better. I have NO DEAD ZONES, not upstairs, not on the far side of the house, not on the porch, not in the shop, not at the the fricken pool.
They work so simply, one becomes the router, the others become true nodes on the network and hand offs are automatic. Your devices connect to the one with the best signal at any time. It is all seemless and even I can set it up, use the app, etc. If you are ever unhappy with our home network, trust me, invest in this and you can forget about worrying any longer.
We had 80 people slamming my network at the last workshop, any slowdowns were due to my WAN not my LAN for sure. So check these out and remember renewed inventory is always limited so get them this cheap while you can.
Hi all, Tom the “Web Guy” here — I have used these TP Link mesh systems for friends and family so they would stop bothering me about their wireless issues.
There are a few variants, I would say most may not have many advanced functions that certain power users may need, or think they need. But they all just WORK. And if you can wire each one direct they work even better. I have four different households that no longer call me to complain about their wifi. I have one friend that has a smart house. He has so many wireless devices that I had to expand his subnet. He is now running the older generation of these for the last few years and no longer has a problem with frequent wifi drops and such.
Sure there are “better” ones out there, and I used that term loosely. But time and time again TP Link comes out on top from a value perspective.
Can confirm on the hard wire, all three of mine are cabled to their location, I may do a buried cable to my back shop this fall and add another one. Which is another great feature you can simply expand your network any time you want.
