Jason Justice is an Amy logistics officer and recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. He is also the owner of Justice Label Distillery in Sinton, TX and founder of the Veterans Alcoholic Beverage Competition and Freedom Fest designed to benefit our veterans and promote entrepreneurship.
Jason joins us today to discuss distilling and the science behind it. Along with how he started out small time and took his passion and family tradition of distilling into a full time business. We will discuss how the industry is no where near as hard to enter as it might appear and what it takes to be successful as an entrepreneur in a highly competitive industry.

During Prohibition, my great-grandfather and grandfather ran whiskey from Canada to the part of Minnesota I live in, which was very profitable for them.
