Hello Jack,
Are you still planning on adding the presentations from this weekends event to the MSB? If so, that would be WONDERFUL.
Cheers mate!

With pre-sliced bread we kept the heels (ends) at the ends of the loaf until last so the loaf would stay moist.

I use to make an ‘Arse sandwich’ with the ends

Will there be any follow up information on the course that Chef Keith Snow was talking about?

The antibiotic Bactrim; I had a serious reaction to it and so did one of my sisters, an extremely miserable experience; it felt like my bones were growing spurs. Do check to make sure they are not allergic or sensitive to this very common antibiotic. If they are unable to communicate and you inadvertently give them something that causes this kind of misery they may not be able to make you understand what is happening to them.

Also include a “Gate Belt” in your kit, it makes it so much easier to move weak elderly so you don’t have to take a chance on pulling joints apart, bruising or tearing the skin.
