God dammit Jack you made me pull over to the side of the road and start crying like a baby. Your words about sales and leader ship and use of fear definitely struck a chord. Once you make the turn to teaching you have to leave the other way behind. Preach it! Love you man have a great weekend

Talk about synchronicity… Chef Keith Snow’s segment started right as I was peeling the eggs for egg salad!

So I changed things up and gave it a try (minus the chives since I didn’t have ’em), and it does have an intriguing new flavor to it. Then I also added a teaspoon of white vinegar like I do with my regular egg salad. Overall I think it worked well both ways, but I favor a bit of vinegar as it makes it a little closer to deviled eggs. Come to think of it, has Keith done Curry Deviled Eggs? I think I’m giving that a try for July 4th… 🙂

Question for Dr. Berry: do you have any concerns for pregnant women regarding the bacteria Listeria which is found in certain raw dairy products and lunch meat? Lives at cold temperatures and is tasteless and odorless. Probably not a high risk but Listeriosis can cause very bad outcomes in pregnancy.. Thoughts?
