  1. I’ve been involved in the off-road world basically my entire life. I’m in the process of rebuilding the LT80 I started riding in 1987.  I‘ve been in at least a couple dozen atvs, dirt bikes and SxSs since then.  I agree with the assessment of Polaris. We used a couple of them on our farm during the late 80s and through the 90s, and they while didn’t give us any major problems, my experience with the newer models is not so good. These days, Polaris and can-am are leaders in ATV and sxs innovation, but for the money – can am is the higher quality option.  Honda, Yamaha and Kawasaki are also solid choices; kawasaki being my preference. Kawi’s offer a great balance of power and reliability that, for the money, I don’t think you get from any other brand.  I’m on my second brute force 750 now. It’s a 2017 with power steering. Great workhorse around the farm and a blast to rip down the trails.  Check out my YouTube channel if you’d like. I haven’t posted in awhile, but I have a lot of riding videos.  It’s Elk River Off-Road.
