So much is going on right now that the world feels like it is melting down in front of us.  No matter what anyone says or does inflation is like a plague on society.  Food is more expensive than anyone can remember.  The political tribalism is at a fevered pitch with both sides in full denial of reality.  The universities continue to churn out people with degrees that can’t actually do anything.  Jobs are being eliminated with automation and outsourcing.

We have war being normalized again, like it’s just another line item on the news scroll. The media keeps feeding us fear, division, and distraction while our food gets poisoned with seed oils and additives no one can pronounce. Cities are falling apart. Small towns aren’t much better. Drug use is rampant, and mental health is in the gutter. Schools teach compliance over competence, and the average person is drowning in debt just to keep up with a lifestyle they can’t afford.

But here’s the truth—the more you focus on what you can’t control, the more powerless you become. You can’t fix D.C. You’re not going to change the price of diesel. What you can do is take control of your own damn life. Today’s show is about drawing that line, about living inside your own circle of control. We’ll talk about your health, your money, your skills, your mindset—and how dialing those in will make all the chaos out there matter a whole lot less.

    • Building a business, side hustle, creating income from multiple sources
    • Hunting, gathering, fishing, growing your food
    • Holding yourself accountable for productivity and meeting commitments
    • When to say no, it likely should be more often then you think
    • Who you spend your time with
    • Discipline – doing the necessary things you hate like you love them – just be sure they are necessary
  • Final Thoughts – In the end “everything is your responsibility

Is Bitcoin really a safe haven asset like precious metals are? It seems to track the market.
