I could use an attorney who would not mind at least discussing some options with a TSP community member that I feel is being bullied by a person with no leg to stand on.

This good friend of TSP is being threatened with a lawsuit, they know the attacker has no real grounds for the attack but they are worried it will cost more to defend the case then to yield to bullying tactics.

The ideal person will have experience in litigation over IPR and be licensed in Oregon or Kansas but honestly any help would be appreciated.  A community is only strong if it is united when ANY member is attacked unfairly.  This is one such time!

I can’t say anything further now, I don’t want people guessing here (as you will LIKELY BE WRONG ANYWAY) so I am turning off comments.  If the full force of this community of 100,000 is needed at some point I will let you know then.

I feel this person is being bullied, given unreasonable terms, threatened with a short deadline and more.  I don’t like it and I really just don’t want them to make a decision based on fear and false assumptions.

I am not a lawyer, I think I know what to do here but I also know my limits.  Anyone who helps this individual will have my eternal gratitude.  Thanks to all,
