Time for a fun show that isn’t so serious yet one that addresses a very serious topic. That is of course the cost of food in a very inflationary economy. I am also not going to bind myself to a keto diet today as many of you do not live that way anyway. I will give you some cooking hacks to simply get better results.
I will also give you a ton of recipie ideas including many I self developed over time. Finally we will finish up with some memories from my depression era grandmother’s kitchen that fed a large family on very low income. Finally we will conclude with some tips and tricks to stay healthy while eating literally like a king.
