  • The fall of Chevron Deference is huge, yet don’t get too excited, the deck is still stacked against freedom
  • The first Jan. 6th decision is actually a lot like the Chevron decision and hits on the same problem, sort of
  • The second Jan 6th decision is not unprecedented but it is somewhat uncommon in how it moves forward
• When Trump wins what happens
  • Riots
  • Another round of impeach him at any cost
  • Republicans likely get the House and Senate by thin majorities and lose it in the mid terms
  • You might get some financial relief for a bit, if so capitalize on it fast it will not last
  • What I can say for Trump he lies but he also keeps his promises when he can
