This looks easily adaptable to sous vide.

I got this stuff the last time he mentioned it and my family loves it. Huge hit.  The only thing I feel bad about is that Jack mentioned that you definitely want to get organic lemon pepper as all the pesticides on the outside of the lemon and I never can find organic lemons to zest for the recipe.
