  1. This is great stuff. Redfish is hard to come by in Iowa, so I put it on salmon, walleye, steak, chicken, etc

  2. Ironically, my chef on the boat made us some blackened catfish, served on a bed of fresh spinach 3 nights ago using this seasoning. We were blown away. It was already on my shopping list for when I get home. Thanks for the link!
