Rain or Shine, Either Way, It’s So On!

Just a quick note of reassurance that we will be rolling tomorrow with the workshop, rain or no rain.  If I canceled for rain, I’d never get a thing done anyway.

What we will be doing tomorrow though due to all the rain is planting support species in the food forest, then seeding cover crop and mulching with straw.  It is too wet to dig for irrigation at this point.  The good news is the support trees are small, so the work will be easy going, we have about 150 trees to plant.

Suggestions are to bring extra shoes and socks so if we call it done a bit early and retire to the garage for teaching and sharing you have dry feet.  Feel free to bring a change of clothes as well.  Something tells me we can knock out this work in about 3 hours and we might just have some extra hang out time.  Don’t worry I promise to make it fun and educational.

I just shredded about 9 pounds of smoked pork shoulder and stocked the fridge with an assortment of beer.  All of you by now should have received a document with directions and instructions in your email.  If not you will find info in the most recent post in this thread, http://thesurvivalpodcast.com/forum/index.php?topic=53896.0
