Okay I think this is gonna be the Saturday night dinner this year.

• Rattle Snake and Rabbit Sausage
• Elk and Bee Hive Cheddar Sausage
• Quail Leg Skewers
• Smoked Brisket
• Cowboy Beans

Yes we are gonna rock it again.  Here is the thing, some folks miss out on Saturday night.  Reason being they go home early and leave mid day or early evening Saturday to get back home and to their regular lives.  So this is the issue.  I don’t mind doing these awesome dinners for every single person that comes but often up to 10 leave before dinner and that equals waste.

So if you know you plan to leave before dinner please let me know so we can adjust accordingly.  We always go a bit over in food by design.  I would rather have too much then not enough but Saturday has bitten us on this a bunch of times.  I mean I power though and eat lots of meat for the next week.

That said, I hope no one does leave early.  I really pride myself on all the stuff we do but I always try to make the last meal something special.
