Jack I think you answered your own question about your Great Granfather being happy. You told us about the time he played with his grand kids with a balloon and had a smile on his face. No one does that if he regretted coming here. You may not remember much of your Great Grand father, but that night he probably dreamed about what the future held for the family. I bet he had a smile on his face that night as he went to sleep.
