  1. Just to say thanks for a fascinating episode! I haven’t (yet?) done NaNoWriMo but several years ago I knew some people who did. They had a ball! And I would say that clear written communication is definitely a survival skill. Certainly it is in any contemporary work setting, and it might be even more so in possible future disruptions.

  2. If I recall correctly, John Denver got the words to “Annie’s Song” while on a ski lift in Colorado.  I’m curious if the words to “Calypso” came during the same trip.
