Today on The Survival Podcast the expert panel answers your questions on food allergy, back up power, thumb injuries, permaculture, entrepreneurship, tools, waste processing, cooking and more. Make sure if you submit content for a feedback show that you put something like “comment for jack”, “question for jack” or “article for jack” in the subject line to assure proper identification for my screening process. Please understand I receive several hundred emails a day and can’t get them all on the air. I also do put out a lot of information on Facebook from emails that I can’t fit on the … Continue reading →

I Have CoVid – AMA Livestream 12PM CST Tomorrow with Jack Spirko

The Survival Podcast Posted on July 28, 2021 by Modern SurvivalJuly 29, 2021

So I had my suspicions for a few days.  Dorothy had a truly painful sore throat and I had mild symptoms at the same time.    Yesterday Dorothy was tested and popped positive.  So given we spend nights in the same bed I am sure I would if I got tested too. Before I go any further, WE ARE BOTH FINE, in fact we are already improving.  We started taking HCQ and Zinc yesterday and that seems to have also helped really quickly (surprise, surprise). I know there will be questions and concerns so to provide full transparency and address … Continue reading →

What Would a Bitcoin Deflationary Global Economy Look Like – Miyagi Mornings Epi-143

The Survival Podcast Posted on July 28, 2021 by Modern SurvivalJuly 28, 2021

If for any reason the Odysee video above does not play well for you, the back up YouTube version is here. This was a fantastic question that came in by email for my podcast but I thought it would be exceptional for a Miyagi Mornings. Here it is exactly as it came in from a long time listener named Dan. “How would a deflationary economy work? ` If our entire economy was based on a currency with a fixed supply like bitcoin, ` 1. What’s the velocity of money look like? 2. How is money lent particularly for large long-term … Continue reading →

Laura and Bryan Emerson have been on TSPC twice before. They live in a location accessible only by plane (8 months per year)and snowmachine (2 months per year). Therefore, they grow, produce, fix, and do as much on their own as they can because any supplies hauled in cost $0.30/lb by snowmachine hauler in March and $0.50/lb by plane. Today they join us to talk about hunting bear and doing so from the angle of putting up meat for the larder.  Many people think that bear is not a great tasting meat, I can tell you such people are wrong.  … Continue reading →

If you like these videos you will likely love my podcast and all my other stuff you can find at http://tspc.co If for any reason the Odysee video above does not play well for you, the back up YouTube version is here. I get a lot of questions about entrepreneurship and occasionally it is directed more at young people than just say everyone. In this case it is a question about becoming an entrepreneur strait out of school. Here is the question as it came in on MeWe from Melissa on MeWe “Do you have a podcast on how to … Continue reading →

Eliminate What Isn’t, To Know What Is – Miyagi Mornings Epi-141

The Survival Podcast Posted on July 26, 2021 by Modern SurvivalJuly 26, 2021

If for any reason the Odysee video above does not play well for you, the back up YouTube version is here. I have done some episodes recently hitting on why I do not trust science as an authority only as a process. This episode will touch on that as well, as it is where this concept naturally leads. However I also want to focus today on how this process is not just the scientific method summed up in a sentence. It is also trouble shooting and problem solving and it naturally leads to “systems thinking” as well. Hence it has … Continue reading →

Deal of the Day Alert – Toshiba 32LF221U21 32-inch Smart HD 720p TV

The Survival Podcast Posted on July 26, 2021 by Modern SurvivalJuly 26, 2021

Amazon has the Toshiba 32LF221U21 32-inch Smart HD 720p TV on a deal of the day right now.  I don’t own this and I am not buying one as I have no need of another TV right now.  This seems great for like in a game room or home bar or something like that where you don’t need a huge screen.  The price is stupid cheap at only 140 bucks and it is highly rated in the review system. For those who worry about “Alexa” listening in, it does have the Alexa assistant built into it.  My understanding is it … Continue reading →
