Today we are joined by Jordan Reed to discuss using dogs to control rodents.  Jordan hopes to educate and support organic and small scale farmers. His message is that a certified organic farm cannot use poisons in a food production area; A chicken coop is an egg or food production area. The most commonly used poisons are anti-coagulants, which causes the rodents’ blood to thin, resulting in bleeding from the eyes and internal organs.
