A quick note, Texas residents are being charged sales tax for the PDC.  Under Texas Law since we are delivering our service as a online video product we are … Continue reading →

One of his interests is developing new aquaculture techniques based on permaculture principles and combining these with conventional techniques that are consistent with permaculture ethics. The Survival Podcast Posted on May 26, 2014 by Modern SurvivalMay 26, 2014

Took some time today to fire up the Weber Kettle Grill and try out my new smokenator.  I really felt the smokenator might be a bit of hype but I am very please especially for a first time run. Up today, baby back ribs, with Chef Keith’s Low and Slow BBQ Seasoning.  They came out great, also put in some updates on the Geese, Ducks and Chickens so far this year. You can see the video here, Ribs with The Smokenator on YouTube You can learn about the Smokenator Here.

How the Second Round of PermaEthos PDC Sales Will Go

The Survival Podcast Posted on May 25, 2014 by Modern SurvivalMay 25, 2014

Okay as stated we have a new plan and it is as fair as we can be.  I made three promises to the first 1000 founders, they were… There will only be 1000, it is a hard ceiling and won’t be raised Founders get first consideration in all things we do The founders price of the PDC is deeply discounted and we won’t sell it at this price again We cannot break any of those promises.  From day one I built TSP on integrity, stating you may not like what I say but you can trust me to keep to … Continue reading →

Stay Tuned for an Update on PermaEthos

The Survival Podcast Posted on May 24, 2014 by Modern SurvivalMay 24, 2014

Stay tuned our group just met and I will be publishing details tomorrow as to what we are going to do as far as more students for the PermaEthos PDC. I think after an hour of very careful consideration and a full day of taking opinions we have reached a very fair, equitable decision.  A decision that will let us keep our commitment to the first 1000, ensure more people do get a chance to take the PDC and increase the value to our 1000 founders and the entire community at the same time. The basic view I now have … Continue reading →

PDC Sold Out Officially at 2:47 PM

The Survival Podcast Posted on May 23, 2014 by Modern SurvivalMay 23, 2014

We are likely to open things at a slightly higher price, perhaps on Monday when people are off.  Stay tuned for pricing and numbers. I am highly considering doing this and still only doing for the MSB. Here is why.  I have heard from well more than 20 people today that tried to get in and failed that I have personally met over the years.  Supporting members who have supported the MSB for a long time.  People who tried and had technical issues, etc.  The big thing is community members who have supported TSP for multiple years. I know we … Continue reading →
