John is a longtime listener to the Survival Podcast. He is a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Army, recently retired. He joined the military in late 2000 shortly after graduating High School. He has served with prestigious organizations such as the 82nd Airborne Division, 2nd Infantry Division, and the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). He has also deployed numerous times to locations such Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, South America, etc.

John is married with three rambunctious sons and a beautiful wife of 14 years. After the military, he chose to embark on an entrepreneurial journey into custom woodworking. He currently runs a custom woodworking shop while running his own half-acre homestead.

Today we discuss his journey from in his words, “loyal nationalist to a critical thinking Min-anarchist”.
