Episode-544- Five Lies that Attack Individual Liberty

Today we have a rebroadcast of a show I did back in August 27th, 2008.  I decided this would be a good show to have on during my absence to Arkansas where I am laying wood flooring getting ready for our move there this winter. I want you to think about some of these things in contrast with the so called “historic election” that just occurred yesterday.  My belief is until some of these underlying issues no matter who is in charge we will get the same results with a different marketing message.   Today’s podcast may challenge some of your beliefs and might even make you angry at times. That just means is isn’t the same old – same old.

Keep in mind that this show was done in 2008 before the economic crash when all the talking heads were telling us that things were going to be just fine and countless advisors were telling people to buy Bank of America stock because it had dropped in price due to “guilt by association”.

Tune in to get my thoughts about,

  • The lie that “its a consumer driven economy and there is nothing wrong with that” and how it is driving people and our nation into the oppression of debt.
  • The lie of “no child left behind” and that “everyone should go to college” and how it is destroying our economy and making us dependent on illegal immigrant labor
  • The noble professions no one goes to college to do and why we need quality people to do them
  • The lie that “The Constitution gives us rights” and how that lie grants government power that it does not and should not have
  • Why The Constitution does not “apply to Americans” and how it actually applies to humans
  • The lie of class warfare and how it convinces you that you don’t have what you want because of some other group
  • The class structure of Europe that we left behind and why it needs to stay there
  • The lie that “you can’t do it” or “you can’t make it” with out government help and how the government is actually the problem that limits individual achievement
  • The lie of being told what you want or told what is a success or a failure or what you need
  • Why no matter who runs Washington we all still have the ability to declare individual liberty
  • How we lost the attitude of “this family doesn’t take charity” and how that is killing us
  • How the individual spirit and personal fortitude is stronger then any law, government or situation
  • How many of the “poor” are really free and many of the most “successful” are enslaved by life and debt
  • How your personal action, personal spirit and determination are your greatest survival asset

Episode-161- The AIG Bonuses Don’t Matter – Fine Tune Your BS Detector

Yes you read the title correct, that 120+ Million in bonuses for AIG executives really don’t matter. What we should be more concerned with is the 170+ billion that went to AIG in total, where did it go? What about the 13 Billion that AIG handed to Goldman Sachs with no strings attached? Oh and we are covering a LOT more today!

Today is the day to start fine tuning your bullshit detector! Hence I am serving up a multi-course steaming buffet of government lies, bullshit and misdirection, even a little bit from Alex Jones!

Tune in today to hear…

  • Are you a terrorist?  According to the State of Missouri you might be! Read the Report Here.
  • If you voted for Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin or Bob Barr you might be a militia terrorist
  • If you ever mention the constitution to a law enforcement officer you might be a terrorist
  • If you volunteer to help local law enforcement during a disaster, show up when it happens and help them render aid, you might be a terrorist (really you can’t make this up folks!)
  • If you believe in your sovereignty as a citizen you might be a terrorist
  • Do we in the survival community need to launch a PR Campaign?
  • AIG was purchased by the government not “bailed out”
  • As the buyer we also own the debt on AIG including the bonuses
  • The Congress knew it when they did the deal and spent our money
  • When everyone in government that usually fight with each other gangs up on an issue, your Bull Shit detector should peg to 9
  • AIG is in debt because they insured the stupidity of other companies such as Goldman Sachs that got 13 Billion dollars with no strings attached via the AIG buy out
  • We can’t even get it right in Texas folks
  • Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert says the voice of 67,000 Dallas citizens don’t matter, “This idea that everybody votes for everything – it sounds great back in New England in the 1700s.
  • City of Mesquite Managers piss away 84,000 dollars of tax payer money taking their family on vacations and then blame the guy that made the “travel pollicy hard to understand”
  • A Dallas judge says, “black folks have been cleaning up white folks’ messes for hundreds of years, so why should we expect any different now?” and does it in print, why is this guy still a judge?
  • In the stimulus debate President Obama said “the debate is over, everyone agrees we must take action”, doesn’t that sound like Al Gore and Global Warming
  • After Screwing up K-12 the Government wants “Universal Pre K”
  • A young man proves you can make it in America today – Salute of the Week!

Episode-77- We are our own worst enemy at the elections

With the elections close at hand and the campaigns heating up I decided to do a show on politics to get it out of my system for a while.  Today’s show will examine how most people have no clue what candidates stand for, no idea what the president can actually do and why many things people assume to be true are not.

Tune in today to hear…

  • Proof that many have no idea why they are voting for a candidate – from of all sources Howard Stern
  • Why we need to prepare for a down economy with McCain or Obama
  • Why the president has no where near the power people assign to him
  • We should vote for a president based on what they promise to prevent, not what they claim to be able to get done
  • How McCain supports are often just as uninformed about the presidential election
  • Where were the die hard main stream McCain supporters before Sarah Palin
  • Why the Republicans might just be “taking a dive” in this election
  • What the veto is all about and how it is the presidents strongest but often least used power
  • Why we are NOT getting universal health care in the next four years no matter who wins
  • Why Iraq is not about the oil (really its true) and what it really is about
  • How we make more money on Oil in Iran today then Iraq
  • How the Afghan war will continue to bleed our wealth into the Military Industrial Complex
  • Haliburton is only a fraction of the money, look to Boeing, Lockheed, etc. for the real money
  • How the McCain and Obama military plans are actually the same
  • Why we believe all the nonsense we are fed and why the entitlement attitude is killing us
  • My plea to American, get a clue and vote in March
  • The real mess for the economy is yet to come, a quadrillion in derivatives
  • A tax break won’t matter for you if you are unemployed
  • Become at least partially self employed soon if not become invaluable to your employer now
  • Save money in safe investments now
  • Reduce your cost of living now, pay of debt now, become well off with minimal income
  • Don’t bet on a promise for any politician in 2008, we are out money, the worlds banks are bankrupt
  • Getting off the entitlement mentality will happen when the entitlements run out

Episode-59- The Issues Test – Where do you Stand – Does it Matter?

Correction on Today’s show – Speaking of the McCain – Feingold Act near the end of today’s I said “Diane Fiengold” the Fiengold in question is Russel Feingold.  I unfortunately stated Diane as in Diane Feinstein.  This can be attributed to an unusually heavy traffic day during my mobile broadcast.  I as always strive to be accurate and apologize for the misstatement, I did not even realize I did it until I listened to the show myself.

As we move closer to the election cycle and as our economy melts down we are seeing many issues debated and discussed about politics, issues and potential laws.  Right now what we should be focusing on is the meltdown of our economy and the erosion of our constitution.  Yet once again “class warfare” will rear its’ head, with that in mind I decided to do a show on how I decide on controversial issues.

This information is to help you decide where you stand, not to make you think the way I do!

Tune in today to hear discussion on the following questions we should ask about any issue..

  • Will it effect me? (me meaning us, the average American)
  • Does it increase or decrease the power of government?
  • Is it Constitutional?
  • Does it make people that agree on 95% of issues fight amongst themselves?
  • What is it going to cost us? What is our ROI on it?  Who is paying for it?  Who benefits the most financially?
  • Is my personal prejudice or bias influencing my judgment on this?
  • What happens if we take this action?
  • What happens if we don’t do anything?
  • Does it set up the future potential for government intrusion in more areas?
  • Do I really need to be “for” or “against” this issue?
  • If we only focused on issues that “passed the test” what would be left?
  • How would that effect the ability of our government to bullshit us?
  • If everyone did this, would we know “what we believe” and “why we believe it”?

Episode-42- Five Lies that Attack Individual Freedom and Liberty

Today’s podcast covers five lies that have been marketed to people by both industry and government and how they take away individual liberty and national freedom. This show is a long one but these were some things I feel honestly called to speak about and I have a great deal of passion for them.

I know many listeners are more interested in practical preparation but one can not separate survival mentality from individual liberty. Where as the sheeple follow the government and seek solutions from them, the individualist knows that he or she is the master of their own fate.

Today’s podcast may challenge some of your beliefs and might even make you angry at times. That just means is isn’t the same old – same old. Tune in to get my thoughts about,

  • The lie that “its a consumer driven economy and there is nothing wrong with that” and how it is driving people and our nation into the oppression of debt.
