Happy Thanksgiving

I am just about to put the bird in the oven and begin getting ready for family to arrive later and I realized this day would not be right with out a moment shared with my family at TSP.  The last 18 months have been amazing, never in my life have I been as blessed as I have been since creating this podcast.  Everything just worked, there have been some trials but mostly it has been almost too easy.

Opportunities have honestly fallen in my lap, the audience just keeps getting more awesome and in January I will be dedicating 90% of my professional efforts to TSP.  What this has taught me is that when you are doing your real work, everything flows.

Well even when a man is doing is real work needs downtime so from now until Monday I will sign off and will be spending the time with my family.  I would ask that you do the same and be thankful for everything beautiful that touches your life.  In closing today let me say that I am thankful for all of you, you make all the work worth doing, you touch me in ways you can’t imagine with emails, calls, comments and actions.  Thank you so much for making TSP part of your life.

Remember also to take time to reach out to those who are not with their families right now especially our men and women in uniform.  Be thankful and be blessed,

  7. Hi Jack, thank you for all your advice, I’m really bugged out in my car and in Idaho. Long story, but remember kiddies always have your emergency survival car ready and your bug out bags! I had less than one hour to get out of dodge, before SHTF.

  8. Happy Thanksgiving Jack – and everyone else!

May our future be as blessed as this day is.

  9. Thank You Jack.
My wife and I travel the same distance to work as you, from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane (Australia)and we listen to the podcast every day. You are a member of an elite group of people who bring sanity to an insane world and give wisdom where foolishness abounds. Many blessings to you and your family and thanks again mate.

  16. Here’s another holiday tip for preppers. Go to eBay and search for ‘coupon xxxxx’ where xxxxx is cat food or dog food or baby or retail or men or. . . This is especially good for pet food!

  19. Jack Thanksgiving is a great time to talk to grand kids about preparation and heritage and different types of food storage. I started this with mine and we made biltong together. Here is my blog link: http://tracysfarm.blogspot.com/2009/11/food-storage-experiment.html
