Regarding the real estate call, I was surprised that using it as a rental property wasn’t included as an option.  I would think there would be a lot of people in need of temporary housing while they rebuild their homes and that there’d be an opportunity to rent it out while waiting for the overall market to rebound.

    • I logged on here to say this. Tons of people are struggling to find places to live while they rebuild.

  4. Jack would you be willing to post your excel spreadsheet you use for cars?  I am one of those visual people who finds it easier to review than hear all that you explained in audio.

  5. I have had a lot of requests for sample spread sheets.  I am sorry but I am giving a FIRM no to all of them.

    Bluntly I will only give a crutch to a person that really needs one.  Building spreadsheets is a life skill and one easily learned on Youtube or other places for free.  If I give you mine I am giving you a fish, this is TSP I want you to learn to fish.

    Seriously once you build one you will be like this is fricken easy (assuming you know the most basic algebra as in My Dear Aunt Sally).

    Excel is like a Pandora’s box once you realize what you can do with it without having to know a ton of specialized stuff.  Any question you have can be answered by typing “how do I _____ in Excel”, so go get on it.  I won’t impede your learning here.
